Belt filter presses
In wet processing, responsible process water treatment is more than just an ecological obligation—it is a decisive lever for your economic efficiency. Our belt filter presses have been specially designed to efficiently dewater mineral sludge in a continuous process.
Our belt filter presses make sludge treatment highly efficient and resource-saving:
Our belt filter presses continuously separate solids from water. The entire process is fully automatic and designed for high throughput:
First, the thickened sludge (from process water treatment) enters a reactor upstream of the belt filter press. There it is mixed with a flocculant. This step ensures that the fine solids in the sludge combine to form larger flocs so that clean water can be pressed out in the next step.
The choice of the right dewatering system depends on the sludge composition and the structural requirements.

The belt filter press is the solution for sludge with a high clay content. It dewaters sludge continuously and produces filter cakes that can be handled. It has a compact design and can be used in a semi-mobile configuration. Depending on the size, its capacity ranges between 7 and 21 t/h.
Advantages of the belt filter press:

The chamber filter press is the first choice for maximum dewatering and delivers stable filter cakes with minimal residual moisture. It is operated in conjunction with a sludge storage tank to ensure a smooth process. The capacity of a single press is up to 33 t/h.
Advantages of chamber filter presses:
In addition to belt filter presses, our portfolio includes other wet processing systems. These include washing drums, screens with sprinklers, dewatering systems, hydrocyclones, and sand traps, as well as process water treatment systems. These complete solutions ensure optimal coordination:
