As part of my business administration studies at the University of Graz (specializing in marketing and industrial management), I spent a year at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, USA, as part of the International Student Exchange Program.
After graduating in 1993, he joined Binder+Co AG as an assistant to the management and head of marketing. In 1995, Mag. Rosegger was appointed product manager for the packaging technology division, which he headed as division manager from 1997 onward. In 2000, he became overall head of marketing and sales with power of attorney.
As a member of the board, responsible for sales, product management and marketing, after sales as well as for the subsidiaries Statec Binder and Comec-Binder.
DI PETER GRADWOHL

Studied industrial engineering for mechanical engineering at Graz University of Technology (specializing in energy and environmental technology). From 2002 to 2011, he worked at Magna Steyr Graz, where he held roles ranging from technical risk management and quality project management in vehicle development projects to quality management of the High Volume business unit, responsible for series production of BMW and MINI vehicles in Graz. During this time, he worked abroad in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, and Russia.
At Binder+Co since 2011 – initially Head of Purchasing and Shipping, from 2018 also Head of Production and Logistics with power of attorney since 2019.
As a member of the board responsible for production, logistics, quality management, technology, research & development and project management.
MAG. MARIO STOCKREITER
- Born in 1976 in Friesach, Carinthia

Studied law at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz. He completed a judicial clerkship at the Graz Higher Regional Court. From 2004 to 2008, he trained as a tax advisor.
After gaining professional experience in tax consulting and auditing, he joined Binder+Co AG in 2008. Initially, he worked in the Finance+Controlling department, later as Deputy Division Manager and Managing Director of the subsidiaries Comec-Binder S.r.l. and Binder+Co USA, Inc., with a period of international assignment in Denver, Colorado. Since 2018, he has been Head of Finance+Controlling. He was granted commercial power of attorney in 2019, and became overall head of Finance+Controlling and Human Resources in 2021.
As a member of the Executive Board, responsible for Purchasing, Finance & Controlling, HR, IT, Commercial Management, Digitalization and Sustainability as well as for the subsidiary Binder+Co USA.
