Service and Commissioning Technician - Full time

We are expanding the service team of our US subsidiary in Denver, CO and have the following position as Service and Commissioning Technician vacant.

As a specialist in sorting, drying and screening technology, we use innovative products to make a sustainable contribution to the efficient and careful handling of scarce resources. We are expanding the service team of our US subsidiary in Denver, CO and have the following position as Service and Commissioning Technician vacant:

Interested in business trips with plenty of customer contact, an exciting, varied and responsible job servicing and commissioning high-tech products and systems? Then this could be just the job you’re looking for!
Your duties will include the following activities and responsibilities:
  • Commissioning as well as servicing machines and systems
  • Carrying out performance tests as part of machine or system handover
  • Customer training courses
  • Advising and assisting customers in technical support as well as spare part and wear part management
  • Participating in the day-to-day after-sales business
  • Introducing innovative ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of processes and products
Your profile:
  • You enjoy technology and dealing with customers
  • You have completed a technical education (focus on software an advantage)
  • Your first professional experience was ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
  • You are highly service- and customer-oriented, willing to take responsibility and learn
  • You have a sound knowledge of IT and software
  • You are willing to travel (40-80% of working time)
