The easy to maintain dewatering screen with low running costs from Binder+Co works with well-proven dewatering screens with inclined screen decks. Both the deck angle and the vibration parameters can be flexibly adjusted if required and ensure highest efficiency and best possible output quality.

The solids-water mix is fed into a linear vibrating screen. Due to the linear movement of the inclined screen deck, the solids-water mix is transported over the dewatering screen mats. The upper screen residue is the dewatered product, and water partially enriched with fines is discharged into the lower screen residue.
