Press release pursuant to § 93 Stock Exchange Act 

Gleisdorf, 28 February 2008. Binder+Co AG announces that the Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH has sold 375,000 Binder+Co shares (10% of
the registered capital) to the Herbert Liaunig Privatstiftung. Due to further sales
to unknown buyers, Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH currently
retains 850,000 Binder+Co shares (22.67%).
