Glass recycling

Environmental technology is a very future-oriented science. The service range we offer for glass recycling includes machines that separate waste glass shards from other material and then sort the glass according to colour as well as project development and the construction of entire waste glass processing plants.
 
Binder+Co has been involved in glass processing for almost 20 years. The visual separation of impurities soon followed separation according to size using vibration machines soon after. With its separators of the CSP series, Binder+Co supplies top-end technology on a global scale - for the separation of ceramic, stone, or porcelain (CSP).
 
CLARITY by Binder+Co was the world's first three-way solution for the colour separation of waste glass to go to market. Using a high-resolution camera system, which is able to recognise a wide colour spectrum, the shards are separated according to colour in one work step while CSP impurities is removed. CLARITY - the world's leading colour separation technology!
 
A separation system for whole bottles completes the Binder+Co environmental engineering product range. Technological and procedural know-how is applied for the construction of complete turn-key glass processing facilities. The biggest processors of the world rely on the competence of Binder+Co.
