The state-of-the-art machines allow highest level production processes, from large-scale steel engineering to the production of small batches and the mechanical processing of complicated individual items. All productions stages are included, from cutting the blanks to size to fabrication, welding with welding robots, mechanical processing and corrosion protection to pre-assemblies. And over and above this, trained electricians and electronics experts take care of control structures.
 
Every year, on a production surface of 13,800 m2, Binder+Co processes some 10,000 tons of both conventional and stainless steel, metal sheets with a maximum thickness of 200 mm and work pieces weighing up to 20 tons.
