CRITERION

With the unique and patented  Multi-Way-System CRITERION it is possible to produce 5 material fractions in one working step out of a mixed input fraction. Optionally the machines can be equipped with a RGB – Camera, so that the material that is already sorted by its kind can be sorted by its colour as well.

The system is especially designed for the processing of the Light Waste Fraction and the Energy Supply Contributes. A system of high-resolution, image guided spectroscopy is to be used. Thus the material can be identified by its chemical and physical consistence. Almost any kind of plastic material, as well as paper and cardboard or composites, like beverage containers, can be recognized and assigned to the defined fraction by the powerful computer system.

The materials are separated with a compressed air beam. The material is transported into the machine and beneath the sensor on a special perforated belt and blown off by air pressure into discharge baskets mounted on the belt. The valves are located under the carrying run of the conveyor belt and the air jets operate through the belt links.
