Conventional Screens

Screening machines are most important when it comes to separating raw materials. Separating bulk materials into individual product categories considerably increases its value. The quality of the results depends not only on the quality of the screening machine, but also on using the right screening machine for the job. More than 10,000 Binder+Co screening machines are in use for a great diversity of applications the world over.

The most striking characteristic of Binder+Co’s resonance screening machines is their efficacy. Just one modular system machine and several fractions allow for the separation of up to six end products.

Resonance screening machines are preferably used for:

  • finished products of highest screening quality
  • fine and medium screening up to approx. 70 mm
  • dry and wet screening

When there is risk of grain becoming stuck in the screener, the circular vibratory screens brought to you by Binder+Co are the perfect solution. Binder+Co Circular Vibratory Screens are particularly suited to the efficient screening of materials with a tendency to combine and stick. The circular motion provides moments of mentum which maintain the ejection principle and efficient screening.

Circular vibratory screens are used mainly for the following tasks:

  • as relief screener (e.g. crushers)
  • as initial separator
  • for intermediate products
  • for finished products

Linear vibratory screens work with horizontal or very slightly inclined screen surfaces, which makes them especially accurate for material separation.

Linear vibratory screens are used for the following tasks:

  • for finished products with high screening power
  • for fine, medium, and coarse screening up to approx. 120 mm
  • for materials with round, angular, cubic, or flaky material
  • for dry and wet screening
  • for draining process

On the basis of its many years of experience in the field of screening, Binder+Co is able to judge unerringly what screening machine to use for what purpose. A complete range of screening machines is available to screen construction material, recycling material, rock, sand, ore, sinter coke, coal, or slag.
