PRINCIPLE
There is a growing demand in recycling technology to classify raw and recycling materials
which poses an insurmountable challenge to most conventional screens.
 
High material moisture causes material to build up in the screens, spiky or flaky material can get stuck, fibrous and cottony substances can become entangled in the screen. And when it becomes completely clogged, screening is no longer possible.
 
In order to ensure that the screens retain their functionality all the same, materials that are difficult to screen are sped through the screens at higher speeds than usual. BIVITEC screens function according to a dual vibratory principle with a drive that uses resonance to generate two oscillatory movements. Stretching and relaxing the dynamic screen mats helps attain the high speeds needed.

BIVITEC screens work efficiently. Slightly inclined settings are chosen for the screens to warrant frequent grain contact for the best screening result. Lateral proofing in the patented Ox-Horn model prevents grains from escaping and being mismatched besides guarding against wear and tear.
