To complete its skill portfolio in wet processing, Binder+Co also washing and dewatering screws, jigging machines and attrition machines to separate light-weight material from gravel and attrition machines for high-quality dilution and purification of sands at Binder+Co in Gleisdorf.
 
To stand as full-service provider in terms of wet processing, Binder+Co widened its product range to include the following machine groups:

• Bucket wheels:
  Ten basic scoop wheel models are available for the simultaneous purification and drainage of sand and gravel
  
• Sand traps:
  This range comprises three series of sand traps for the simultaneous purification and drainage of sand from sand washing underflows and for complete recovery of fine-grained sand. With dual sand catchers, part of the fine-grained sand is conveyed separately by a second sand scoop wheel.
  
• Double shaft log washer:
  To wash strongly contaminated raw materials, to dilute brittle grain and loamy lumps in pre-drained sand products.
  
• Single shaft log washer:
  To dilute brittle grain and loamy lumps in pre-drained sand products.
