Gleisdorf, April 8, 2009. Binder+Co AG wishes to announce that on April 8, 2009, Herbert Liaunig Private Trust disclosed the acquisition of 150,000 shares on September 17, 2008. Herbert Liaunig Private Trust now holds 525,000 shares or a 14.0% shareholding in Binder+Co AG.
