Gleisdorf, March 4, 2008. Binder+Co AG wishes to announce that Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH has sold 375,000 Binder+Co shares (10% of registered capital) to the Albona private trust. Due to further sales to unknown buyers, at present Waagner-Biro Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH has no Binder+Co shares.
